A VERY VERY VERY Late Post

Hi everyone. I'm back to writing another post today. Honestly I have been repeating a pattern of telling myself that I will write a post later. Then when later comes I feel too tired and worn out to write one. In other words I have been lazy lately. Nothing much is going on other than school getting back in a week from tomorrow. Yay.

Tomorrow I am going to volunteer like I always do, and since it will be my last Tuesday volunteering there all of us are bringing soup and food. I'm not done volunteering there I will try and volunteer on Saturday's and such during the school year.

Also later this week is my first cross country meet on Saturday. I am pretty excited because I am way past running three miles without stopping. For example I ran five and a half miles today and not counting the one mile warm up I ran four and a half without stopping. Well, the thing is not stopping is not an issue. What is an issue is speed. I don't run really slow I run an average speed. But, racing long distances with an above average speed is spelling trouble. Oh well I shouldn't worry too much it's only the first meet.

Other than all that fun stuff, I created a second channel. I decided that would be my real channel. Because it seems that my first channel was more of a practice run for making those videos. For example my computer in it's current state cannot screen record without making it unbearably laggy. Also, I need a good program for recording and a decent headset. So basically, I won't be able to put any videos out until I get decent recording equipment. Oh well, I am not in a hurry at the moment.

By the way I am still working on my book. It's going good. I am currently on the sixth chapter.

Anyways that is it for today, I am sorry I have not posted in a while. I will write again sometime in the future(preferably tomorrow) to all you awesome people of the Internet. :) Bye! -PurplePainter321

Lucky Numbers and Running With The Bulls

Hello once again to my blog all you awesome people of the Internet! :) So I just got on the computer barely three seconds ago and saw that I had 333 pageveiws! Now, you may be wondering what is so special about that. It's that it's triple of the same number and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon it. Anyways back to my day today and other topics.

So I was in the car on my was to practice when I heard on the radio that a certain festival was coming to America... I give you Running With The Bulls USA! Okay, let me just say that I am so confused. What in the heck where these people thinking??? 90% of the people who get injured in this festival are amateurs a.k.a Americans who's egos, pride, dares, and drunkenness make them think they are just as good as the professionals. I think that once this officially arrives in America it's going to end badly.

Other than that my day has been pretty relaxing. I found on Demand that they released the third season of Doctor Who with David Tennant. I was excited for this because I personally have David Tennant as my favorite Doctor and this was one of the good seasons. But, my TV was glitching out and not letting me watch any of the episodes, so that made me really sad. Beforehand I realized something about Doctor Who... When David Tennant was the Doctor and they introduced the weeping angels he and Martha got stuck in 1969. What confuses me is that wen Matt Smith was the Doctor and they discovered the Silence they were also in 1969. So the Doctor crossed his own timeline, and the Universe didn't end and no paradoxes.

Afterwords I just watched a bunch of episodes of America's Got Talent on Demand.  My day wasn't too interesting though today. I will write on the days I have something to talk about or something exciting happened. So no promises on if I will write tomorrow all you awesome people of the Internet. Bye! :) -PurplePainter321

The Ice-Cream Trucks(hopefully NOT coming to theaters near you)

Hi! :) Okay, so I haven't posted in a few days and that is because that nothing really happened during those days. I basically sat in my room and listened to comedy radio while knitting. Or watching TV and knitting(it seems I have been doing a lot of knitting lately). Also, watching a lot of re-runs of Doctor Who or Seinfeld. But, I wanted to post today because I basically wanted to. Nothing much going on at the moment in my life though.

A few choice things happened this week. I worked extra hard at cross country, and did a serious lifting workout(123 weighted lunges, 3 reps of 10 bench-presses, 81 more weighted lunges, 100 singles, 53 more weighted lunges, 23 pushups, 20 weighted lunges, 5 burpees with a pushup, and finish with 56 lunges). We also did a couple speed workouts.

I watched a couple movies too. I think I already mentioned the Princess Bride. Yesterday though I watched the movie "Contact". It's about a group of scientists in the early 90's that make alien contact. At first I was skeptical thinking, well this is going to be a cliche with aliens again. It seems Hollywood has this mindset of how any movie with aliens can't possibly go wrong. Well, they messed up the "Man of Steel" with the stupid ending. I mean he saves the world how can someone NOT recognize him just because he's wearing glasses! Anyways back on topic the movie "Contact" was super awesome!!! It had a strong story line, all about struggles and loss, but don't worry not from aliens trying to destroy the world, because again if it was all about aliens coming and starting this big "epic" war with humans it would be a tired cliche. All in all it was a great movie that I would recommend to all of you.

Today, I didn't do all that much. I went to J-Dawgs for lunch. But, the most funny thing happened. A dude backed his truck into the bumper of the van apparently. Well, all we saw was someone in a t-shirt putting something in the car. At first I was like, "He must be advertising something." Luckily we got to talk to the guy and he took full responsibility. In turn we got a serious fender bender. Actually it was the bumper(bumper bender?). Then I headed to the running store to get some new cross country shoes because the ones I had were nearly two years old. After that I went home and listened to the radio and knitted, then watched TV and knitted(doing a lot of knitting apparently). Finally at the end of the day I wanted to break in the new shoes. So, I decided to take a quick run around my neighborhood. There was an ice-cream truck right down the road. I didn't want to have the ice-cream man thinking I was running towards the truck so I just ran on without making eye contact. About mid-run my legs started hurting for some random reason. But, I kept running. Near the end of my run I heard the first ice-cream truck that I encountered earlier, then I heard a second ice-cream truck a couple blocks over. I almost shouted(well, I did in my mind), "We're surrounded!"

After that fun spy movie(spy movie? "The Ice-Cream Trucks". Now that would be a stupid movie) experience I headed home and now writing a blog post. So, that is the end of this post today. I will write to all you awesome people tomorrow(no promises)! :) See ya! -PurplePainter321
